Spring Intake 2025

The Spring Intake is a special low-cost program working with Advanced (Level 3) Hakomi Method students running from September 2025 to June 2026.

Step 1 - Register your interest

You will be asked for some brief information about your intentions, preferences and availability. While you won't select a therapist yourself, we will work to ensure a good match with your preferences and intentions.

Step 2 - Initial chat

A therapist will be in touch within one week to organise an initial chat. This is a chance to explain how the service works, answer any questions you may have, and arrange a time for your first appointment together.

Step 3 - Intake

You will be emailed a Client Intake and Consent Form to fill out prior to your first session.

Step 4 - Hakomi Therapy

In your first session, the therapist will focus on understanding your needs and preferences, and discussing your broader goals and intentions.

About
Services

Hakomi is a gentle, experiential method of self-study. Rather than just talking about your problems, you are guided to explore how you organise your experience in the present moment, using your body as a compass to gain insights into yourself.

The therapy space is informed by safety, curiosity and compassion, opening the door to deeper self-awareness, new perspectives on old struggles, and a felt sense of choice, possibility and nourishment.

As part of  Spring Intake, advanced students from the Hakomi Professional Training Program (Hakomi Institute, Sydney) are offering clients six 60-minute sessions.

Session price: $50.

Sessions are provided online

or in the following regions (dependent on availability):

NSW - Sydney, Central Coast,
Hunter, Northern Rivers

ACT - Canberra

WA - Perth, Margaret River

VIC - Melbourne

We are a diverse group based around Australia, including coaches, counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers and yoga teachers trained in the Hakomi method.

The Spring Intake provides advanced students with the opportunity to refine their skills and increase their experience. Sessions are recorded (under strict privacy conditions) and deleted after review with a supervising teacher.

All therapists are covered by our Clinic's Practice Standards and supported by regular clinical supervision sessions.
